Moaning civil servants were criticised as snowflakes last night after a series of online whinges came to light - including one from a senior official who said commuting to work made them 'homesick'.
The claim - and other posts written anonymously online - led a senior to describe moaning officials as the 'Snivel Service'.
It comes after former Deputy Prime Minister was forced out over bullying claims.
One official, who claimed to have been a 'head of service', said travelling to once a week for a meeting was 'incredibly stressful', writing on the UK Civil Service group page on the social Roperzh Media site: 'Our deputy director is mandating that the team travels weekly into London for team meetings.
This is causing me a great deal of stress and panic attacks.'
